The elliptical being inside the house has made a huge difference. Three days ago I was showing a gain for the week, and this morning I recorded a 2.1 lb loss for the week instead! Yeah. I'm doing 30 minutes a day on the elliptical right now, and it's getting easier...might bump that up soon, as I would like to be doing an hour on it eventually. Not having any hip or back issues, being very cautious. My calories were coming up a little low for yesterday, so I scrapped brocolli from my dinner menu, sliced up some zucchini and onion and drizzled it with olive oil, roasted it in the oven. So good.

So happy to hear you reporting progress and feeling so good about it!! FANTASTIC!!! I love my elliptical ... the activity has made a big difference in how I feel as well as improved sleep, energy, and general positive outlook!! Keep up the great work!

I think the elliptical has made all the difference. My weight loss really picked up when I switched from walking to using the elliptical. It seems to be helping my sleep some also so far...I have a lot of trouble sleeping. Feels good to see progress.

You burn so many more calories on the elliptcal! I usually burn about 4x's as many calories. Keep it up! =]

I agree...I feel I get a much better workout when I use the elliptical. I can't run because of my artificial hip, so the elliptical is the best cardio workout I can get.
