Sometimes on Atkins you see fat loss but the scale doesn't move. Are you taking your measurements or have you noticed your clothes more loose? Are you drinking water? Are you following the plan as written? Are you eating bars or shakes? I have heard people having problems with the shakes and bars inhibiting weight loss. Are you eating too much? Even on Atkins you can gain or stay the same if you take in more than you burn off. Hormones? Sodium? Stress? Many things affect the scale and water weight. Are you being active? You don't have a lot to lose, so kicking up your activity could help too. Make sure you are getting enough vegetables/fiber to keep things moving. Make sure you are getting enough fat in your diet. Studies show fats like avocados really do help us stay satiated and lose weight.
