I fell off the wagon a few times since i last posted.

This Mediterranean diet is somewhat hard for me to follow. But I'm still trying. Also supplementing omega 3 for the fish, just can not eat it.

I will say that having Danish fetta with lettuce and cucumber on dark rye bread is my new favourite combo.

Have successfully gone back to going to the gym. So far it's only 2 days a week but I will work up to 4 days.

Today is also my 4th day of no softdrink!

This i am proud of. I have been having 1 to 2 cans a day. My goal is to get it back to 1 to 2 cans a fortnight (when we have our once a fortnight takeaway).
