The winds have been so high here I can't walk outside. My head has been so stuffy. I am getting in some 10 -15 min. workouts 3-4 times a day in order to get my workouts done. Meal prepping is helping me to stay on track with my eating. Be well and stay safe.

I actually saw three CLOUDS of pollen moving down my street today! PCP suggested one Zyrtec at night to fight the allergies.

Glad it is going well. Winds are bad here as well. Seems like there is not end in sight

I live in the AZ desert and it’s get really hot and at times windy. I bought a small walking treadmill from AMAZON for that reason, weather.

Good Focus! Nice Drop! Crazy dry and windy here. 5 of the last 7 days have had High wind warnings and Fire weather watches. So I live in Kansas, my name is Not Dorothy!
