Seen another slight drop again... but again, I think this is more influenced by the fact that I'm having just fried eggs and bacon for dinner. Can't wait for our new fridge to be delivered tonight so we can start eating some real food again. I'm weight loss happy but this almost feels like faking it.

But lets see, maybe I'm wrong.
It just seems so unlikely due to TOM + the fact that I know I knocked my body out of ketosis. Been eating very clean and no more the 20NC's per day for now. Starting to feel a few of the symptoms again so my body is eliminating the sugars from that dinner now. Amazing that one dinner can take up to three days to "clear" no wonder I was so much heavier when I was a carb eater.

I'm curious where my weight will be in a few days when TOM is over, ketosis is back in full force and I'm eating "normal" meals again.
