So I decided not to weigh in until I had dropped back down from the near 20st that I had got too! I have just hit 258lbs, 1lb less than my previous, feeling happy that I am losing again. I'm taking Saxenda 0.6ml jab a day, it seems to be working so far.
I'm not hungry at all and I've been on 1 meal a day, and a healthy snack.
