LOL-Feeling a little less bloated and water rentented today.As the scale shows/Thank goodness!Still gonna prob follow yesterday's regime.Lots of water and mainly veggies.
P.o'd at the weather-rainy rainy rainy and more to come the rest of the week.I wish I wasnt so self conscious-I'd go to the health reach literally down the street and walk their track.I serious ly need some esteem therapy.I cant let my personal hang ups hinder my diet.Well one day at a time one day at a time.

Aah Lu... let's have a self esteem intervention! You are good enough, smart enough, and gosh darn it we all like you!!!! I bet you'd really enjoy that walk, and the only thing anyone will be thinking is "that girl is doing good things for her health". We must love our bodies at all sizes and shapes and even weights. It's the only body we have... and its been through a lot with us. The good, the bad... and we are rewarding it be being kind to it. One of the hardest things for me at my birkam yoga class is staring at myself in the mirror. You must look at your body during the class to make sure you are in good form. I was positively squirming having to stare at myself.... I just anted to look away. Five classes later, I realize that its okay. I stand there in as little clothing as I dare, and see what I am... and I accept it... knowing I am working to better myself. It's a great exercise to look at yourself and think positive thoughts.
