No change on the scales... I'm not surprised or worried as last week I've been go go go with gardening and exercising with unexpected LOADS of energy, something I've not experienced in 15 years! Feeling great with my clothes hanging off me...Oh such a feeling 🤸♀️ and guess what?! Not only was I thrilled to ride my motorbike since the blue skies made an appearance, but I was totally amazed I can now wear my ladies size 14-16 jeans that have been sitting collecting dust for 4 years (my target weight loss gift.) Out with the horrid Aldi's men's jeans, I can now finally wear women's jeans..oh I have trim legs, a small butt and.... a waist Woohoo!!!
