Considering the fact that I've been working non-stop since last week Thursday and only had one short morning walk on Monday, I'll take this. It's a far smaller gain than it could have been, or would have been a year or more ago. My "average daily step count over the past 7 days" has dropped from over 11000 to below 4000 😱 I'm not going to accept working through this weekend though, so next week should look better
