Another day still flat :)
This makes me very happy!

being extra cafreful with salt at the moment to make sure whatever happens i don't suddenly start retaining too much water.

PMS is kicking in.... so really want to try to keep it all under control.

I don't know why but I'm so nervous knowing that I'm going to eat off plan on Saturday night. The logic in my head says that its just one meal and one night off my normal lifestyle and that its totally fine. Life is for living and experiencing - and this dinner will for sure be an experience, but for some reason I'm still very nervous.

I know it will be fine and that within three days I'll be back into ketosis like normal.

BUT STILL! lol...
