So, my weight did a bit more a drop yesterday which i didn't record, but today it is back to 59.5

Again, I'm now hoping that this will just be a new trend down.

The odd thing is that I should be in PMS right now... so my weight typically dips a bit, then goes about a kilo up, and then takes abotu 2 weeks to get back down.

I HOPE that this is not the case and that i can stay at the 59 range.

I am going to be extra careful with my net carbs... although i did just eat half an atkins bar which historically does not bode well for me. But it was orange chocolate!!!!! and in my "old days" that would have been a box of after eights rather than half an atkins bar at .8 net carbs. So I should put my guilt into perspective.

I suppose now a days I get more disappointed in myself much more quickly than I ever did before.

This saturday we are eating at the worlds second best restaurant so I'm 100% sure I'll be knocked out of ketosis. This means in order to preplan, I'm going to try to keep it a pure protein day prior so that I minimize the impact as much as possibe...
