In December 2008, I weighted 287 on my local supermarket scale. I subtracted 5 lbs. for clothes. I was a mess. I had no energy, my clothes didn't fit, and I was pretty depressed. What spurred me to action was the worsening of health problems brought on by 10+ years of a sedentary life style. No more of this!
