have been really down this week so have been a bit binge-y bread, pasta etc the things i should eat!! most of the weight gain is bloat i think and i weighed myself after eating rissotto for dinner.hoping this makes me feel better when i weigh my self in the next few days

Arms: 14"
Stomach: 38"
Hips: 41"
Waist: 36"
Thighs: 25"
82.6 kg 지금까지 감소한: 0 kg.    남은양: 14.5 kg.    다이어트 실행도: 잘 따르지 않음.
주 2.1 kg 증가하기
