Last night was amazing! My profile picture is now a photo of me with Gina Grant, before her amazing CAME HERE TO PARTY TOUR with Dahrio Wonder. 90 minutes of Zumba master class; I was dancing along with my favorite Zumba instructors, a lot more I've heard of or seen of facebook, as well as a bunch of my friends. Zowey! What an incredible experience.

Hundreds of people all dancing together, sharing a love for the dance, sharing the dance floor, sharing an endorphin high, hugs, sweat, laughter, etc. Instructors joined the fabulous Gina on the stage for a song, another group for another song a little later... Dahrio sang, danced with Gina, amped up the energy level... Wow.

I took short breaks for water, to wrap a cooling scarf around my neck (at the end I tied it on and wore it dancing). I melted all three ice packs I brought for my cooling wrist wraps. I was totally drenched in sweat, my undies rode up in the back, my knee ached, but I was grinning ear to ear, feeling the LOVE!

A group of us went to a nearby BBQ place after (my partner joined us), but I couldn't eat much, just a grilled chicken breast with killer bbq sauce and a mess o greens, and wound down from the incredible experience.

Today I was sore, but still happy, and the scale was kind. I went to Zumba Gold, and danced at a much lower impact and energy level. It helped work out the kinks, and those of us that went to the party last night laughed and groaned together.

I'll probably end up eating a little extra today. I've been doing so well in preparation for the party, and I want to cut loose a little. Not too much, because I'm really enjoying the changes I'm seeing and feeling in my body. My Zumba pants were still a little snug, and my loose belly skin pooch could be seen through my burn-out top in photos, so I'll only 'cut loose" a little. Tomorrow I'll be back to keeping it light.
