Here we go again. Up and down the weight loss coaster. Except now it is scarier than it has ever been because I recently found out that I have high blood pressure. I don't want to take medication and so I have 3 months to try to use diet/excercise to lower it and then I see my doctor again. Prayerfully with a good report!
