Wow!!! Incredible movement in both scale and inches today! I guess my re-vamp worked BIG TIME! Usually I don't get so excited when it's just the first day. I like to wait 3-4 days before I "count" it as everything tends to move down, then up a little, then settles back down, but this is just too great - and I feel great, too, like this is a "real" movement (you can learn to tell the difference in weird changes, especially little gains due to bloating or random losses).
Today I finally broke 144. Almost ALL of my measurements are going down again! I've lost another 1/2" off each thigh, and gained 1 inch on each calf! Too awesome! My body fat percentage is down to 26.9%. I've NEVER seen that number! I am just so excited I could cry! And I don't cry!
Going to get my cap and gown for graduation today. I SWEAR I will come back and post a veggie recipe for my challenge group this afternoon. But first - I've got a date with Tony Horton. Have a great day, everyone! ;)
