Still stuck at 56.2kg this morning, getting paranoid so I had everyone jump on the scale to see if it's still working 😅 I know what to do but trying to avoid it. Slight calorie increase today but don't think it's enough. I'll stick to routine and have an increased calorie day on Sunday as it's mr's birthday. Hopefully that will kickstart things again on Monday 🤞🏼
