I have been fairly good on my diet, I went away for the week-end and stuck to the diet 80%. When I say stuck to the diet, I am just eating healthy and cutting back on my bread and potatoes. It is difficult when you are away though. The most difficult meals strangely were the breakfasts. Anyhow... back now and back on track so hopefully I will have a bigger loss this week. But a small loss is better than no loss and even better than a gain.
