I know what you mean Brandi, you have to eat ALL of your foods to lose weight. I didn't get in all of my foods since Friday of last week and I gained as well, but more than you did. Time to get into the grove and move on, today is a new day. Best of luck....you can do it. You have done great so far. Brandi Alonzo 

Hey Brandi! I know that getting all your food in to lose weight sounds crazy, but it works. I know that's where my weight gain over vacation came from, because I didn't get in all my fruit/veggies and protein. You'll get there. Your anniversary is coming up soon. Have any big plans. My husband and I have been together for 14 years and our anniversary was June 6. We both forgot. I realized it had passed about a week after and called my husband to ask if he remembered. He said he did and was waiting on how it would take me to remember. He is full of bologna. MMMM bologna sounds good. Andrea 

Hey Andrea! You are so funny!! Our anniversary is this Sunday and we are going to Uncle Dave Macon Days here in TN. Its a bluegrass festival. We love bluegrass and are so excited about this weekend! I'm gonna have to pack some food because were gonna be out all day long. And they are probably gonna have all kinds of foods, like the fair has. Oh goodness I can just smell the corndogs and hot dogs and french fries now! Hehe. And then the next day we are going on the General Jackson. That's a big boat that has a 3 hour tour, I guess you can call it that. The have a dinner and a show while riding down the river. We're gonna get all dressed up and everything. It will be so much fun. Thanks for asking! We are so excited!
