My oldest son's 5th grade graduation. I stop and recognize that we are celebrating something that he SHOULD do, but the big celebration is about the transition from being the big guy in the school to being the little guy in the school. He has academically done incredible! Straight A's!! So proud.
Worried the celebratory cupcake and lunch at the chinese buffet (his choice) may hurt the scale tomorrow, but I still portioned myself well, a little bit of this and a little bit of that. Didn't help that I missed breakfast but it was a busy morning. We shall see!
