230.6lbs. 0.4lb loss in nine days.
One very high overage day (My first time overage, by 1300cals) and several maxed out calorie days. A very tough week for weight loss.
Given the amount of calories I consumed this week, the fact that even a minor weight loss was made seems incredible.
The battle continues...
