Yesterday was stressful so I missed eating my lunch sandwich. Ended my day with 700 calories left over. I don't think this recorded loss will be long lasting. Tomorrow I will probably be up. Will see! Today it was nice to see though, encouraged me to dress nice, blowdry my hair... put some eyeliner on. Little things!
