🎯 I made it to my first goal! 🎉🤗 My next goal is 75kgs. This last week was most difficult being the start of our 1 months holiday. Travelling (on motorbikes) I was appalled how many truck stops are KFC, McDonald's, Oliver's real food (😳 which is thawed prepacked foods and $$$😖 ) & other high sugar fatty fastfood's on offer ! I struggled as a pescatarian & salad lover. While my fellow riders tucked in to these delicous aromatic meals, I wouldn't yield to the temptations...oh so hard. But I achieved my rewards.yay
