good morning all so I am back on the app again. Had a tough few months and well hit huge emotional lows but I am back and starting my journey again. Hope you have all been well.

Well it's been a long time, a huge struggle the past few months that I have been off the group. Huge emotional, relationship issues which I have had to deal with. But I have found my fire again to rather breath in the good and exhale the bad. Need to now try get back into low calorie....jotting all down and get back into excersises. I've missed you all, the support....So yes, we can do it, together we can.
