post op 3 wks, 1 day. Up another pound. I am following this plan 100 percent, so I find these small upticks disconcerting. I see the surgeon tomorrow for my post op visit. I'm feeling pretty good except one of my incisions is looking a little unhappy. I hope she can fix it. I don't think I see the surgeon I think I see the nurses and dieticians, etc.

I've read different places that when you lose a lot of weight, the body fills in the spaces where the fat was with fluid to try and maintain an equilibrium. That is likely all this is and it will all flush out all at once. I hope so. Stomach isn't real happy this morning. GOing to stick to fluids today, I think.
