OK I'm back, I haven't done too bad condsidering I haven't tracked anything in a while. I really need to start focusing on nutrition and cleansing though. I have been more focused on spiritual growth lately, being more active and social. My B-day is coming up, hmmm...I wonder how much I can lose in nine days. :P I hope everyone has a fabulous day and even if you're not where you want to be right now remember "Stars can't shine without darkness" & believe in yourself.
