I can definitely feel changes in my body, but it is making me wonder if my goal weight is too high (will have to evaluate it once I get closer). Heading towards that halfway point at a great pace though. Next week I do a measurements update and we'll see where the changes are occurring. I'm almost ready to move down another belt notch, but might need new pants/shorts to prevent the bunched up waist look ;). Thanks for the support!
