Well Hello lovely people, I am so pleased that I am still heading down - yay the hard work is paying off and it's very strange for me to be enjoying this journey so much!🍒 I think I have finally worked out that this indeed is a journey not a quick trip🚙and that I have a lot to unpack along the way like bad habits, bad thoughts and I need to see myself as being worth this journey in full.💗It seems a strange thing that I am still learning this at 63 years old.🤫I love life and God has blessed me so much - however I just know that I would enjoy it more without this dreadful weight and the anxiety it brings with it.😭 How is everyone else going today? I hope well. I really love this community of people thank you for letting me be part of your journey! 💛🌻💛🌻💛

Well done, I think it's really important to keep our weight in check, especially as we age. Otherwise it disables us and limits our abilities and opportunities.

Thank you both, my appointment with my Doctor went well with a good result - Thank You Jesus! I don't have Shingles it's Eczema so I have new cream and it seems to be working well so I am one happy Mama!
