ok, this has got to be water weight!!! i have followed the diet perfectly, and now i'm just getting pissed off!!!!!

Give it time... Check your foods, water. Dont drink soda, even diet. Check cheese intake. Portion size-should only be 4-6oz of protein each meal. I have been doing 6oz, no more than 7oz. A salad at lunch and dinner, 2C each. Trying right now to get 2C of veggies in a day. Watch your dressing intake.

I would suggest you space out your foods a little. Not sure how you are eating foods just by looking at your food diary. Agree with person above watch the amount of protein and space it out. Only 3 oz. of cheese a day allowed. I am by no means perfect, but always feel free to look at my food diary to see how I eat and see if it helps. Again, drink lots of water- supposed to do half our body weight in ounces. So, I'm 215 and need 112.5 ounces of water a day. Keep trying and don't stop logging or coming here. We are all here for each other.

you are gonna have ups and downs!! we ALL do, dont give up and we are here for you.. sometimes it just takes people longer to shed the weight, for me i was drinking my 60-70 oz of water but all in the form of crystal lite... which slowed me down and i was eating the adkins bars which was another slow down... my point being you will find what works for you, sometimes it takes alittle trial and error. but dont give up!!
