Hi Brit100, it's Merry Mel, I have gone up on weight too. Mine is comfort eating after a very bad week at work. Still new day new week so we can both correct this as my little grandson says READY STEADY GO Now WE GO. Hope we are both down in weight next week Good luck Merry Mel 💗.

Banish peanuts! Get popcorn! Cut your cheese into portions and wrap them separately. Weigh them! Count the calories. Eat them with ricecakes instead of crackers.

Maybe you need to change your mindset? Rethink what are your goals and most importantly, WHY you need changes in your life. What will be better after you lose weight... I somehow try to think about my health, more specifically, about low-density cholesterol in food (biscuits for example, or cheese) and how harmful it is to blood circulation... Personally, I'm afraid of developing atherosclerosis or diabetes and dying young :D Another great reason to lose weight is good appearance, because we all want to look attractive to others:) But of course, to each their own... You shouldn't cut out your favorite food completely tho, you just need to find enough strength to eat it in moderation..

I agree with Kitty about changing ur mindset...I use Insight Timer app free from Google Play every day to get my head straight, it has self hypnosis, neuro science, meditations etc when my mind is clear and focused everything else follows
