Have cut out all bread and bread like products or potatoes, corn, sweet potatoes,beans, or peas for weeks now but have not been losing weight. Belong to several support groups for LCHF through FB and realize that my metabolism is so sluggish that if I am going to have to log my food in order to be successful. Need to track macros.
