Still working with heavy winter foods, and really wanting to enjoy those big meals again.

Thanks to all for the words of encouragement and for the support clicks! It's so uplifting to be recognized for our achievements, and I hope to return the favors. I'm sure some may feel differently, but I honestly believe that staying under the preset daily calorie limit equates to a guaranteed weekly loss. It took a long time to put this weight on, so I can't expect it to come off all in one week! (Don't we all wish!?) Sending support right back towards all of you showing support for me!
