Day 7 inflammation steadysonewgat .
Took Lasix and Potassium as I can see swelling. It just didn’t raise my weight yet.
One week all under calories and protein higher than fat or very close. A little at a time or steady is better than the roller coaster I was on. I’ll take it and move forward. Have an awesome day! 💜🤗🌈🌻
