Haven't really been using the tracker the past week... Haven't been exercising much this past week either but I have been doing well on my food consumption. Starting to get an idea on how much I can or can't have in a day without having to stare at the app all day which is kind of nice.

Been super stressed out the last week, got some living situation issues to handle but otherwise things are good. Seem to have gained a little on my thigh but not a whole lot... Body fat is up also but bmi is down ever so slightly.

Need to find my groove and get back into the habit of working out and using the tracker again. I've fallen back into most of my bad habits and that isn't good.
Still, some progress has been made although slow. Some is better than none at all.

Body Fat: 36.8%
BMI: 26.6
Waist: 30.5in
Arm: 11in
Thigh: 23in
