What a difference a day makes. Feeling much better today and decided to even step on the scale. I was pleasantly surprised. I did a strawberry/raspberry heavy cream and ice smoothie this am for breakfast. What a nice change. Braving the snow today for the gym. We got about 10 inches maybe a little more. We live at the bottom of a ridge of small mountains and tend to get a little more than the nearby areas. Excited for the day! Thanks to all who helped me out of my pity party last night. Very kind on all of ya! May everyone have success today and peace in their day. ✌

I have a very long story I was going to write you about what happened to me and my fight to get back in shape, but after I wrote it, I thought - wow, way too long. So, I deleted and decided to write this little bit. After a certain point in our life, it becomes a little more difficult to get to where we were, but we need to focus on being and feeling healthy. You look like you're off to a good start.

Thanks skydiverjim, I know others have gone thru much adversity also. I think that is why we have all turned to food for one reason or another. I'm always interested in what people have to say, if you ever feel like writing the story to me one day. Stories of people rising to the challenge is what inspires me.
