A bit of a tough week...celebrated my birthday with some extra but reasonable calories but had a hard time getting back on schedule. Much of my activity is outside walking which was impacted by a light but constant drizzle. (Yes, I know people walk in the rain buy I just wasn't set for it with shoes or menal state.) Anyhoo I heald steady and am hopefuly back on track this week. I'm not worried about 1 week but also need to make sure I keep to my healthy plan and activity.

BMI: 31.1
Total Loss: 94 lbs
Remianing: 42 lbs
Daily Steps Average: 13k

Under 200 goal: ACHIEVED! (~85 lbs lost, ~8 months)
Next BMI goal: 29.9 (est Feb 14)
"Normal" BMI goal: 24.9 (est May 30)
Maintenance goal: 24.4 (est Jun 13)
86.4 kg 지금까지 감소한: 28.4 kg.    남은양: 18.8 kg.    다이어트 실행도: 합리적.
