So, I gained 17 lbs over the Thanksgiving/Christmas holidays! Ugh! Time to get back on the low carb wagon! Planning meals, snacks, etc. I knop I can do it, just got to work at it. Breakfast today was iced coffee with Jordan’s skinny syrup and ha splash of heavy whipping cream.
