spent time in new york city walking a lot and still eating a lot of chocolate but gained muscle which was really needed. came home and i'm eating more cottage cheese, regular cheese, veggies, sugar free jello, and whip cream. can't live without my dairy. looking this week to lower calories more, as i have been home and working and not exercising enough, i'm sure my metabolism is dropping again.
