Turns out yesterday's Muscle Monday had to be temporarily replaced with Respiratory Respite...hahaha.
After spending much of Sunday in an awfully dirty, dusty, soot laden, and quite possibly even, asbestos filled, attic, I really needed to just take a "breather". Literally!
So, I'm right back on track with the Jillian Michaels cardio today!
