Just woke up from 8 hours of quality sleep. Feeling rested still feels so unusual. "Three Months Ago Me" was clueless to what feeling good even meant. 😍
Dinner was amazing. (I eat until satiety on my feeding days). If today's 16:8 goes as well as the rest of the week has, I may end the week with an extended fast of 24-48 hours.

Time to log these 400 miles today!! (No silly. I drive trucks!) 😂 😹
