Another pound down, although not my ususal weigh in day, I am gonna take it with a smile on this lovely rainy Monday morning!

Boy, I had a busy recipe testing weekend! Glad you all enjoyed the pics and I hope you try some of them soon! I will try some more next weekend. If you missed them, check out my journal entry from Saturday as I was finally able to edit and post the pictures, thanks to all the guidance from some very helpful buddies!

Going to work from home today as I have a project I need to finish before the end of the week. Too many interruptions at the office so I will hide out here and be productive.

New challenge starts today, Fitness for Life. I am pretty excited about it for good renewal of my enthusiasm and start the spring off right. After all, summer is right around the corner!

One big benefit of working at home is I can get a few things done at "lunch time". Just ran downtown for a quick brow wax, put gas in my ride, went to fish market and then clipped off 30 minutes on the treadmill at 3.5mph with a minute on each end to warm up and cool down at 2.8mph. Not bad. Would have rather gotten outside on the trail today as that was my plan but the rain today prevented that. Expect rain most of the week, dang it! We call that poorman's fertilizer here in the northeast! Well, back to work for now...............

Thanks Stef - I think our scales are talkin' to each other lately, both deciding to take a trip DOWNtown! Project almost done, will finish it up tomorrow.
