Mornin’ Asarver, From Strava. Probably a good thing for people like me who tend to overdo 😁 Toe is 80% thanks for asking, new running shoes make a big difference🌈 You did 13.1 miles ?  

Ooooo what shoes did you get?? Also what's your strava username? No 13.1 for me yet 😉 Last time I did my 10 miler I was still sore, so I'm gonna attempt it again this weekend. Maybe I'll try to find a route that doesn't have the giant hill that kills me 🙃 

Also, ha! The picture just loaded for me (damn app), that's a great ride!! 

Funny you asked on shoes.. my daughter bought me a pink (not a typo 😅) UGG running shoes lol
