Went out last night for tapas at Magenta (which they now call "Dim Sum"). Don't know what was in all the sauces, but I enjoyed every bite. I approximated everything and stayed away from the rice. Still looks like I was WAY under my net carbs for the day. Also had a shot of whiskey before heading over to New World Deli to see my friends perform in the "Zombies and Pirates" Belly Dancing show. One of these days I'm going to learn how to belly dance. I've always just been too embarrassed to show my stomach.

This morning at 145.0, waist is just under 29.5 inches, but my little pooch has gone down another 1/2"!! It's really starting to look good. Planned all my food for the day because I'm going to a movie and want to make sure I've eaten enough before hand, and take enough snacks that I won't crave popcorn and soda. Today I'm getting over 20 NC veggies in - that's the most ever! :)
