I struggled with my weight my entire life. 2 years ago I lost about 30kg, but the diet wasn't sustainable. I've gained weight again.

I'm new to this Intermittent Fasting Thing, counting calories and I'm sure I don't have a clue what I'm busy doing, but I really hope this works.

Thanks to all of your photos, I have a good idea of what I can eat and that gives me some hope. I really want to get to my first goal of 85kg. Will take it further then.

Please help me along the way!!!

The secret is to avoid all sugar, and especially all processed food. Because the latter is designed to keep you feel hungry, so you eat more. Since I've found out that manufacturers add chemicals specifically to trick the brain into wanting more, I noticed it myself. So now I just avoid all of that, and stick to vegetables and fruit. One can eat a lot of that while the calories stay low, and healthier one doesn't get. Just now I bagged up my quarterly stir-fry packets. It's little bags, containing a variety of fresh vegetables, that I pop into the freezer. I steam it, or cook it without any oil or fat. My strategy of keeping it simple worked very well, I lost 17 kgs in 3 months with little effort.
