Hey! Awesome progress!! Your using ozempic as well right? Do you mind if we connect? I'd love to watch your progress and pick your brain! I've been on it for 7 weeks now and I'm down just over 15lbs but doc also put me on a 1200cal diet. It's brutal some days and I honestly don't think I could even attempt it without the aid of the injection. Is it still working well to curb your cravings? The first few days for me I have zero appetite and have trouble even getting to the 1200cal mark. But the last two days before the next dose I'm ravenous. Any tips for curbing the cravings pre dose? Apologies if this is alot, I just don't know anyone else doing the same weight loss trial as I am. Wishing you the best regardless! Hi there! I'm so sorry for not getting back to you sooner. My app has been freezing like a bugger. I'm willing to answer any and all questions you may have 🙃 I find some days the 1200 cals are BRUTAL and i know I definitely couldn't do it with the help of the injections either to be honest. I don't have the "I can't eat anything phase" but also find that if i eat small meals or snacks throughout the day and have my large meal for lunch I do SO much better. I find when my cycle is due to arrive I feel ravenous a few days before hand. I feel like for the moment I've slowed down with my progress and kind of stalled so I need to get back into logging my meals to see where I'm going wrong. If that doesn't improve then my next step will be to speak with my doctor about a dosage increase.
