I know I didn’t jump this much after the holidays. I never weighed myself end December 2021, but cold hard reality I’m currently weighing 67.2kg, the highest weight I have ever been. And I really don’t want to go any higher. Sometimes I wish I could go back in time and just slap the food right out of my hands. Because look what I have done, not only are we back at square one but we have been pushed even further back from the starting line.

So my goal is to lose plus minus 15kg, I want to get back to a weight where my felt the most comfortable and most sustainable. So I’m not going to try and do a million things I’m just going to focus on.

⭐️ Actually follow, the eating plan and exercise routine prescribed by a trainer.

That’s it, not trying to achieve 10 000 steps, or a gallon of water day…. Just going to focus on the basics and the rest should follow.

So good luck to me, and anyone else who has been on this journey way to many times, but really want to make/reach their goals this year. You can do anything you set your mind to. 🤍
