Not sure why, but for some reason I don't believe the scale anymore. I don't feel like it's even possible to lose 16 pounds in less than two weeks. Did my workout yesterday. It was a little bit late (finished about 15 minutes before the new year.) Today is a cardio day. I will also be finishing up my bedroom, only a few more things need to be moved around. My new desk is great, which is good because it was definitely a struggle just to get the thing put together. Taking meds soon, need to grab some water from the kitchen.

My son lost 20 pounds in his first week on Keto, so yes it is possible. Most of that weight usually turns out to be water weight, but hey, that's gotta go too! Keep up the good work. (BTW he went from a size 44/46 to a 30/32 in a year.)
