Definitely inflammation down. You don’t just keep gaining and losing the same 2lbs. I’m still going and will reach my goal this year! I started in 2019, lost 14 lbs, got sick and gained that back plus 6 more. I’m down 10 today and trying harder, eating smarter, and exercising as much as is possible for me. Happy New Year! 🤗🌈
