Over 10 pounds lost~ I'm hype lol. Seems like diet and exercise is effective. Who woulda thought? What seemed like an impossibility and pipe dream is now reality, it's only a matter of perseverance and time now. Walking isn't as hard as before. My legs aren't as painful all the time. I love this.

Another little trick that might help is to do some chair Chi Gong or Tai Chi. After you learn the movements just do a few anytime you are sitting.
