Started my new journal today on Monday morning. Started a 164.6. Need to check weight each week not each day. Just stick to trying to eat right, drink my water and make sure I get the dog out for a walk for me. Even if it was 2 degrees this morning!!!

the journal is the most important for me. years ago I'd just workout and eat with no tracking of anything. it was a crap shoot. now I track all food weight and lifts using strong. it's so much easier to see the trends and what my body is doing. just my 2 cents.

I only record my weight once a week - BUT I weigh myself every day. I need to know where I'm at and where I'm going. But I also know that weight can fluctuate. For me - I have been away from a scale since Friday.... not looking forward to tomorrow morning... (kind of scared) Best of luck on your journey!

I did that last time when I did the Sparkpeople app. Lost 40 pounds and kept it off. Now have 25 more to go. They discontinued that app so I had to search for another one like it. I think this one will do just fine for me :)
